What's the catch, how much do I really get paid?
However hard you may find it to believe, we pay £350 for each and every lead you register which turns into a customer.
What type of leads can I send in?
You can register leads against any property where the owner wishes to sell the property quickly and where you have the owner's permission to contact us.
Why must I have the owner's permission?
We need you to have the owner's permission because that is the only way we work. It's just not appropriate for us to contact somebody on the basis of a rumour or unverified information about their situation. Remember that our first move is to have an informal chat and at no stage are they obliged in any way. If they know this then they are much more likely to agree to you passing us their details.
What if they don't want a quick sale?
Even though we offer a hassle-free service, we won't be offering the full market value, so if they don't need a quick sale they would normally be better off putting the property on the market in the normal way and waiting ... and waiting.
Once I send my lead to you, what do I have to do next?
Absolutely nothing, we do the rest, and we will keep you informed every step of the way.
Can I track my leads?
When you register a lead you will receive an email that confirms the registration. You can contact us at any time for a progress report, but please include the property address on any email or correspondence.
Can I keep registering leads?
