To register a lead with us you need to complete the simple Online Form giving details about yourself and the property you know about. You don't need to provide us with lots of information, just the basics will do and we'll do the rest.

Confirmation of Registration

When you complete the Online Form you will immediately receive an email from us confirming that your Lead Registration has been received and that you will receive the payment of £350 if we subsequently purchase the property.

Keeping you informed

Be assured that we'll start work straight away. We'll contact the owner and if we subsequently purchase the property you will be paid £350 on the day of completion. We'll make sure we keep you informed by email of any progress we're able to make on your lead and we'll continue to keep you informed at every step along the way.

Payment of £350

You will be paid the £350 by cheque or bank transfer on the day we complete the purchase and we will write to you confirming the payment.
