Our agreement with you
We agree to make a payment of £350 for each property lead registered with us by a private individual via the Lead Registration Form on this website www.cash4propertyleads.co.uk and its associated domain names providing the registered lead results in Westfield Homebuyers Ltd or its associated group companies purchasing the property identified on the Lead Registration Form located here.
The payment will be by cheque or bank transfer made payable to the individual nominated on the Lead Registration Form. The individual nominated to receive the £350 need not be the person completing the Lead Registration Form. Payment will be by bank transfer or cheque raised on the day of completion and despatched to you the same day by first class post.
Payment will only be made if we purchase the property identified in the Lead Registration Form. Payment will only be made if the lead registered is a new lead and you obtained the property owner's permission for us to contact them.
We are not obliged to purchase the property identified nor to make an offer to purchase the property and we will use our commercial judgement to pursue only those leads which we feel are suitable for adding to our property porfolio.
You must complete a separate Lead Registration Form for each property lead you wish to register with us.
We will keep the information you provide us with confidential between us, but we will need to divulge a limited amount of information to the property owner in order to pursue the lead you have registered with us.
